SMS Terms of Service

SMS Program Overview
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Right to Parent Action, Inc. and/or Right to Parent, LLC (collectively "Right to Parent," "we," "us," or "our"), you consent to receive automated marketing and informational SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number you provided.
This service is operated by:
Right to Parent Action, Inc., a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization, for advocacy alerts, grassroots campaign updates, patch-through campaigns, legislative action alerts, and political organizing
Right to Parent, LLC, for other related advoacy and business communications (if applicable)
Consent to Receive Messages
When you opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Right to Parent Action, Inc. and/or Right to Parent, LLC at the phone number you provided. These messages may include:
Updates about our advocacy efforts
Action alerts and calls to action
Event notifications
Educational content about children's digital safety
Other information related to our mission
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can participate in Right to Parent's mission without subscribing to SMS messages.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though frequency may increase during urgent advocacy campaigns or events.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific plan and any applicable charges.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others. Check with your carrier for availability.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel your SMS subscription at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
When you opt out:
If you reply STOP to a message from Right to Parent Action, Inc., you will stop receiving messages from Right to Parent Action, Inc.
If you reply STOP to a message from Right to Parent, LLC, you will stop receiving messages from Right to Parent, LLC.
To opt out from both entities, reply STOP to messages from each entity, or contact us directly at info@right2parent.org to request removal from all lists.
You will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out from the specific entity.

You represent that you are the mobile account holder or have the account holder's permission to receive text messages at the number provided. You agree to notify us immediately if your mobile number changes or is no longer in service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via SMS or by posting updated terms on our website. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
Right to Parent Action, Inc. and/or Right to Parent, LLC reserve the right to suspend or terminate the SMS program or your participation in it at any time without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

While we strive to deliver messages promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery of all messages. Message delivery may be delayed or prevented by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, network congestion, or device issues.
